This Bundle Contains
A rare, superior Tennessee Whisky and a one-of-a-kind liquid experience! Over the years, Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. has carefully set aside a limited number of casks holding their most precious and richly complex George Dickel Tennessee Whisky. While no two casks are the same, and each will vary in taste, you can expect a rich and complex liquid in every bottle. The variability that makes single barrel spirits so special is strongly expressed in these older liquids, with the influence of slight variations in their aging conditions growing over time. The color will be dark, rich leather brown from the many years spent in new American Oak.

When we arrived at Cascade Hollow, we were purely focused on selecting a 2nd Dickel 15YO (See S1B43). Still, as the afternoon started to close, we led into the ever-important question, "What else do you have that you're excited about?" In a truly serendipitous moment, we discovered another Halloween barrel. Now only that, it was a sister barrel to our extremely popular (and quickly sold out) S1B9 release, having been barreled on 10/31/04. Like before, this is a 12.5YO whisky quietly waiting for you within this 9YO packaging. As a sister, you will find many of the same flavors that defined our love for these Halloween barrel releases. But also with some compelling twists that will genuinely make this stand-alone. You'll find a deep blend of vanilla, caramel, and baking spice on the nose with a toasted nuttiness. As you taste this pour, you'll know this is undeniably Tennessee Whisky and a quality representation of why we have made two trips for George Dickel selections this year. Think caramelized sugars, browned pecans, and cinnamon-roasted apples. The finish is a balance of sweet and savory with a perfect warmth that leaves your mouth watering and calling for more — think baking spices and oak. This selection is scary good.
