.075 oz | Simple Syrup |
4 | 1-inch cubes of Pineapple |
2 dashes | Cocoa Bitters |
Garnish (optional) | Grated Nutmeg |
1 | Muddle pineapple in a mixing tin. |
2 | Add other ingredients and shake with ice. |
3 | Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. |
4 | Garnish with grated nutmeg. |
