Beyond the Label

The elegant and precise nature of the Rayador, also known as the Black Skimmer sea bird, served as the inspiration for our Cutwater Tequila. It begins with 100% blue agave harvested from Jalisco that’s slow cooked in traditional brick ovens, open fermented, and double distilled in traditional “alambique” copper stills in Tequila to ensure an agave-forward finish.

Make a Cocktail

Grill & Chill

Ingredients
2 oz Cutwater Rayador Tequila Blanco
1 oz Fresh lime juice
¾ oz Agave syrup
3-4 Grilled pineapple chunks
1 Fresh ginger slice
1 Pinch of cilantro
Recipe
01 Grill pineapple until dark char marks appear.
02 Muddle pineapple, ginger, and cilantro in a cocktail shaker.
03 Add tequila, lime juice, agave, and ice. Shake until cold.
04 Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with a piece of grilled pineapple and a cilantro sprig.
